McGill 4-Link Kits supply most of the parts required to make up your own link bars. The rod ends supplied in the kit are ultra high performance joints giving excellent durability and strength. These are commonly used for motorsport or road use when making links such as drop links, adjuster bars, steering arms etc.

Product Design (1/2" Rod Ends)

• Bore size is 1/2", Thread is 1/2" UNF (20 TPI)
• Ultra high performance kevlar liner offers excellent level of durability.
• Chrome-moly steel offers excellent strength and is corrosion resistant.
• High radial static load capacity, can be used in most applications. 
• Manufactured to within excellent tolerances.

Product Design (Threaded Bungs)

• Save time and money by using these female threaded bungs and welding them into tubing to make links.
• Attractive looking product, nice finish.
• Stepped edge can be butted up against tubing allowing for an easy and attractive weld.
• OD is (22mm)
• Total length is 1.75" (44.4mm)

Product Design (Misalignment Spacers)

• Gold passivated attractive finish.
• 30 degree angle allows the ball to rotate fully whilst spacing it out
• Bore hole is 1/2",  height is 11.1mm

Product Design (Half Nuts)

• Half of the width on conventional nuts - allow for maximum adjustment on link arms etc.
• 1/2" UNF internal thread
